Stackable Credential Model

ESI micro-credentials enable a milestone-driven learning journey through the full ESI programme. They are 8-week courses that include online learning, real-time application on-the-job, portfolio-building and assignments. Learners are guided through the programme by ESI’s world-class customer success team and get a subscription to ESI. Successful completion earns the graduate an ESI Micro-Credential in Entrepreneurial Sales that is part of ESI’s Stackable Credential model – enabling the graduate to progressively achieve an ESI Certificate, Professional Certificate and, ultimately, our flagship university credit-rated Professional Diploma. ESI micro-credentials can be delivered as part of an annual licence or through one of our scheduled (open or closed) programmes.

The Curriculum

The Customer Micro-Credential is focused on core skills such as:

The ESI Customer Micro-Credential explores a number of themes that lead to learning outcomes like:

  • Learning how to go about discovering and uncovering the information needed to close a sale.
  • Learning how to ask better questions and listen more intently and with purpose.
  • Understanding the level of clarity needed in order to know that a deal will be done.
  • How to drive collaboration, partnership and alignment with the customer.
Who is this for

ESI is designed for anyone working or planning to work in a B2B commercial environment including those who work in a sales, account management, customer-facing or revenue-related role. Learners do not require specific qualifications but will be asked to draw upon their real-world experiences throughout the programme. This course is delivered in English but many ESI graduates have English as a second language.
