ESI’s Collaborative Selling micro-credential explores the importance of the Customer to improved and faster sales performance. The course helps the learner to understand how, by re-framing how they view the world from a different perspective, they can improve sales and reduce their sales cycle.

  • Learn how to go about discovering and uncovering the information needed to close a sale.
